Customer needs duplicate key for 04 Volvo C70 in Miami area (33009 zip). Customer needs local locksmith because he does not want vehicle to be non drivable while waiting for mail order service.

Understood, but it will by non driveable until a key is made too. :) Might be quicker to send it out.
