PDF's FIXED

The webmaster has once again bested AWS and their crap.  We can, I can for sure, upload and download PDF's again.  Sorry for the delay but once you get in bed with AWS their tentacles are extreme as they will not let you go.  We have made a new code to work around it.  Please let me know if you have any issues.  If you had a PDF you wanted let me know also and I will reload them.  Jim
