I already do a lot of simpler computer swaps for shops, writing VINs, matching modules etc. I would just personally need to know what I can do with it. I have no way of knowing what on the list is for U.S. market or if 95% of it is for Europe, Asia or China market.
I have no doubt that it would be a wide open market. I just wouldn't want to drop 7 Large and find out I can only do half the vehicles I want to do. I would mostly be interested in doing VAG, Mercedes and BMW.

You are right, this requires no advanced soldering work, which is what's great about it. You need to get your experience sooner than anyone else and market appropriately and the ROI will be multiplying.

Tech support though Magic Motor Sport and you can be assured they are very responsive and have a large team. I typically chat live and get help instant. In special cases they ask you to create a ticket for specialized matters. I help expedite matters and issues/concerns you come across, and extend my experience if I come across any issues you facing.

Not difficult at all, we all have our questions and concerns in an unknown field, and I am trying to introduce this field to those that believe they can take advantage of it, so I expect lots of questions. And hence creating videos to show how simple it is and its capabilities.

If you purchase the Master version. You are set. There is a yearly update fee if you decide to purchase it.
This tool is best for those members (teksavvy and heavily involved with eeprom work) that work with mechanic shops who replace transmission and engine modules. The ROI is high and competition is low. Diversification option for those that are looking to dive more into this world. The nice thing about this line of business is failing ECUs are common and expect repetitive business once the shops (or general public) know you can handle them.

When you buy the full version, atmre you able to do all cars without the $50 charge? Do you have to buy software packages like other tools, or do you have full access?
If you buy the full software Master version, which costs more than double the price of the slave. You don't need to pay anyone to modify/unlock file for writing.

Who all interested in stepping into the ECU/TCU Cloning/Virginizing/Reading/Writing Business?
I am looking to create a support group for those looking to buy the Flex tool and offer tips/hints/videos through me as I am the official distributor of their tools.
If you have local business who do transmission swaps for euro cars, or ecu swaps, the flex is a low investment high return tool to own.
You can also allow mail in service for these types of jobs and this is where it becomes lucrative once your name is out.
You have 2 versions of the Flex, Flex Master and Flex Slave. Flex Master is more expensive but gives you the raw data read, this is helpful when you want to modify data yourself, requires experience. Flex Slave on the other hand is a reasonable priced tool which reads the data and encrypts it, you would send the file to me to unlock, which then allows you to write back into a used module.
Flex Slave FULL version (ECU/TCU/OBD/BENCH/BOOT) - $3000
Flex Slave ECU OBD/BENCH - $2000
File unlock service $50/file
I'm planning to do an introduction video for the product and give an example on how to clone let's say a BMW N20 or N55 ECU which have common failures.

Both. Sharing available virgin files for global A ECUs which virginizes them to be used with SPS. Another revenue generating stream if you have someone or yourself to turn used $50 ECUs to virgin $250 ECUs. This tool has many potential, it's a matter if you are willing to spend time using it and if you have the market for it.
ECU/OBD ECU Master Flex which includes the GM software among all other manufacturer, $3800 USD shipping included. This deal does not include TCU or boot mode software. Best option for locksmiths who want to jump into this niche.
