Got mine a few weeks back.Played with reading a few ECM I had.Finally got a chance today to use it. 2013 Chevy Cruze , took me about 30 min as this was the first one. Pretty simple process .

Who all interested in stepping into the ECU/TCU Cloning/Virginizing/Reading/Writing Business?
I am looking to create a support group for those looking to buy the Flex tool and offer tips/hints/videos through me as I am the official distributor of their tools.
If you have local business who do transmission swaps for euro cars, or ecu swaps, the flex is a low investment high return tool to own.
You can also allow mail in service for these types of jobs and this is where it becomes lucrative once your name is out.
You have 2 versions of the Flex, Flex Master and Flex Slave. Flex Master is more expensive but gives you the raw data read, this is helpful when you want to modify data yourself, requires experience. Flex Slave on the other hand is a reasonable priced tool which reads the data and encrypts it, you would send the file to me to unlock, which then allows you to write back into a used module.

Flex Slave ECU OBD/BENCH - $2000
File unlock service $50/file
I'm planning to do an introduction video for the product and give an example on how to clone let's say a BMW N20 or N55 ECU which have common failures.

2014 camaro. Car clobbered. Pcm connector busted  luckily it was connector (connection on PCM) that i didn't need.  Read the data and saved read new pcm data and saved wrote to new pcm plugged in and started right up. Not sure what the shadow password is but can ran no lights
No theft learn no csv relearn

If you need to shut the alarm off to program the key you can use this to find the door pad code and disarm it.

I have gm ecu tcm and bcm 
 
Ford bcm 
Around 2700.   U can use a used pcm on the newer gm that lock but u would need one of two things
1 original ecu which to copy from and write to new or donor
2 a virgin file from which to write then u would have to use sps tho ( to me kind of defeats the purpose but who knows maybe during corona u can't get a new one then u can use a used one if ur original ia fried)

Be aware of issues with the prox slot causing problems to programming.

2015 Silverado BCM swap no sps, no theft learn.   10 to 15 min read original and save files read new module and save virgin files then write original to module and install and start

I have to delete everything using the IDS unistall tool from Fordtech site and install 113.01, If you need the full 113.01 I can try to upload to dropbox and download from there
