Also, there is no separate eeprom but there is a 9s12 (i think) mcu and it just takes 4 traces to read. I now have virgin RFH files for both remote start and non remote start hubs. To do a used one you will need to change VIN and PIN in the 9s12. And, the RFH on the charger it did pulled the key data from the BCM. I hadn't programmed keys yet but it already got 2 in the memory after WItec programming.

  2. I apologize I am terrible about proof reading. It is the IPC. I have done PCM on these and it is 8SOP. No I have not received any help. Still Working on it. This is the processor and have not read it yet if I even can.  You shouldn't have any issues with PCM.

  3. Synced with AVDI. tried to code with ISTA/P and corrupted the flash. I had CAS info from previous key make for customer. corrected CAS and tried again to code. same thing. My question is does anyone have a list of reasons this happens as I believe I am using ISTA/p correctly. the reason I am coding is DME is out of an auto and this one is standard. Thank you.

  4. Yes and I have been 95% successful doing that. Well I guess about 70% since this is the 3rd one that will not take. Mismatch VIN and and nogo. I thought I wrote a lot more than I did earlier. 

     I am never the first to be on the scene. May I ask if anyone will tell me the part Memory is located in?

  5. SMOK MultiProg Seemed to read size of Dflash and EEE without hesitation. Loading Dflash into VVDI and manually setting Dflash size verified OK. VVDI still could not figure EEE. I have little idea of what this means but I am delivering BCM to customer. If anyone cares I will let you Know if it worked.

    I usually try not to read anything 9s12 with the vvdi. Too many errors and issues, especially with the bmw system.  My burnt l current go to is the smok. Which I'm pretty sure your carprog is the same thing.  I would try and read the flash with that.

  7. Thank you. The ID in the picture is what is says. Technically it is 4M48H but The 2 IDs are the same. when I read ID it is OK. When I read write Pflash it is OK. when trying to read Dflash or partition the error in the picture is what I get. I can set size manually and read but I am not sure what I am reading at that point. Dflash seems to be approx 40  sectors.

     I have orig. and donor and both doing the same.

  8. I apologize for being off topic but 2015 Spark tried to program USED PCM and corrupted cluster. I told customer it might not work and this happened. I have seen possible remedies but was not given the chance to try. All OBD I tried failed. Programmed new PCM no problem  but nothing seems to correct mileage.

     Has anyone seen this? when you say EEPROM do you mean clone? Too many questions sorry.

  9. It will not reset and I thought I might try writing a key directly to it IC004 looks even less recognizable. I read it might be c86 but this does not have that. Also didn't think key data was in the flash. But then again I usually don't  think.

     I guess your response is a round about way of saying something. It was helpful, thank you.
